Kerrie has over 20 years experience in Records Management and for last 3 years this has broadened to encompassing Knowledge Management (Records, Archives, Library, Web, Customer Relationship Management along with identifying communities of practice and facilitating collaboration).
Have worked in Local and Commonwealth Government and now in the private, not-for-profit health and aged care as Corporate Management Knowledge & Information Strategies / Privacy Officer.
TRIM system administrator/trainer experience along with 4 upgrades Captura to Context. Recent upgrade experience Context 5.1 to Context 6.1
Web system administrator experience with 1 recent upgrade from ComWeb 3.1 to ComWeb 4.1.
Kerrie is also a current serving member of the RMAA NSW Branch Council.
