Fields of Interest
Records management covers the management of records from their creation to either ultimate destruction or retention as an archive. Records are born out of business forms, correspondence, notes and reports. Increasingly, they are the product of electronic communications.

Services
The RMAA network throughout Australia provides a wide range of services
to the membership. This ranges
from participation in the development of standards for records management,
to advocacy on records management issues, and the delivery of courses,
conventions and seminars
at both federal and state level.
