About the Brochure Series
In line with its strategic direction to increase knowledge in the field of records and information management and to actively promote the value of records and information management, the Records Management Association of Australasia (RMAA) intends to release a brochure series in 2008 which will provide access to the information, knowledge and practice tools that records and information managers need.
The brochures will be offered for purchase individually and in sets for use in employee orientation, ongoing training, customer education, or to promote records management activities, brochures in this series will answer the what, why, and how for various RIM topics.
These brochures are intended to provide an introduction that will be relevant to most organizations, leaving it to records management staff to provide organization specific context and training. Brochures will contain a blank area on the back for companies to brand them for their use.
Not only will this brochure series become a key information source for any person who works with records and information, it will also benefit the Association’s members by offering opportunities to expand their knowledge, contribute to the Association and maintain their continuing professional development.
