Vendor Exhibition

A high quality vendor exhibition will be held in conjunction with the Convention. The exhibition area will be the venue for morning and afternoon teas to give delegates and vendors the maximum opportunities to interact. Delegates will be exposed to the latest technology and data information to improve their business practices and training programs. Contact the Convention Secretariat for more information.

Behavioural Profiling

Most delegates to this Convention will be given the opportunity to participate in a selection of professional profiling assessments, incorporating measures of personal behaviour, communication style, values and work preferences.

Profiling is a burgeoning discipline that provides valuable insight into the motivations, styles and characteristics of individuals. Organisations are rapidly expanding their application of such tools to areas of recruitment, development and retention. Profiling individual characteristics provides greater personal awareness that can result in increased levels job performance, organisational commitment, performance and productivity. As part of the 23rd International RMAA Convention, delegates will be provided with the unique opportunity to gain such personal awareness. Participation in these assessments is voluntary and cost is included in the registration cost for full delegates. Wednesday day delegates may also participate (at cost) - see "Program Additional Items" in the registration form.

Each delegate will be invited to complete three key assessments online - Onetest Work Preference Profile (OWPP), Onetest Values Inventory (OVI), and Onetest Behavioural Profile (OBP). Invitations will be sent 2 - 3 weeks prior to the convention start date as registrations are received.

Delegates will receive an online feedback report via email for the first two reports once their assessments have been completed. Delegates will also receive a colour printed, bound copy of their OBP report at registration. Confidential reports will be included in convention satchels in a sealed envelope.
