Susan McKinney, CRM
Susan McKinney, CRM has been the Director of Records and Information Management at the University of Minnesota since December, 1995. Prior to that, she had been the Director of Records Management at the University of Florida for 10 years. In addition, Susan worked for the Balch Institute for Ethnic Studies and Seton Hall University.
Susan received her Master of Arts in History with an Archival, Museum and Editing Studies concentration from Duquesne University, and her CRM in 1993.
Susan has been very active in the records management field, starting the Gainesville/North Central Florida ARMA Chapter and the Florida Records Management Association. She also serves as owner/host of the Records Management Listserv, and is currently the President-Elect of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA).
Susan's past speaking engagements include various ARMA regional and chapter meetings, as well as the Midwest Archives Conference, the 20th Annual Minnesota Government IT Symposium and Cohasset's Managing Electronic Records Conference.
András J. Riedlmayer
András J. Riedlmayer directs the Documentation Centre of the Aga Khan Program for Islamic Architecture at Harvard's Fine Arts Library. A specialist in the history and culture of the Balkans, he has spent much of the past decade documenting the destruction of archives, libraries and other cultural heritage during the wars in Bosnia-Herzegovina (1992-1995) and Kosovo (1998-1999).
He has testified about his findings as an expert witness before the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, in the trial of Slobodan Milosevic. He is also a cofounder of the Bosnian Manuscript Ingathering Project, an effort to trace and recover still-extant microfilms and photocopies "shadows of lost originals" representing some of the thousands of archival documents and manuscripts that were destroyed when archives and libraries in Bosnia-Herzegovina were burned by nationalist extremists during the 1990s .
Becky Mayhew
Becky Mayhew is the Director of Data Quality for Spencer Stuart, an Executive Search Firm. She specialises in the firm's proprietary database overseeing data integrity, audit, maintenance, and referential integrity. Becky has been with Spencer Stuart for twelve years, having roles in training, design and development of the firm's proprietary database. She was instrumental in the conversion of all of the firms various independent databases into one, shareable, global database.
Her work has focused on data integrity and the global impact of the firm's information, legal issues surrounding data capture and policies surrounding data retention and purging. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Becky was the Manager of Operations for Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics in Chicago. She also has teaching and coaching experience at the High School and Collegiate levels.
Wayne Bucklar
Wayne Bucklar is director of Truecom Pty Ltd and Urban Digital Publishing Pty Ltd, and a board Consultant with the Professionals Real Estate Group and the Queensland Audit Office.
He is a columnist for the Queensland Business Review and Technology Commentator for ABC Radio 612 Breakfast Show and ABC TV2, as well as host of a weekly radio "Technology and Internet" segment. Wayne is a member, QUT Brisbane Graduate School ofBusiness Advisory Council, and a former lecturer in Strategic Use of Information Technology and Electronic Commerce at QUT. He was previously Manager of the Queensland Chamber of Commerce & Industry's e-Business Division which was Australia's largest commercial internet developer His previous roles include Quality Assurance, process development and training.
Wayne has extensive experience in consulting to business on networking and internet processes to improve the bottom line, and consults to a range of internet and government bodies and serves on e-commerce advisory committees with the state government. A regular speaker and presenter at conferences and events,Wayne says he is primarily a translator allowing management and technologists to understand each other.
