Reflections on the past 25 years

This year marks the 25th (Silver Anniversary) Convention and the theme “Adopting and Adapting” is one that affects everyone working in the records and information industry.
Chris will be reflecting on the past 25 years and beyond taking a look at how people, involved in the records and information industry, have been adopting and adapting to all sort of changes, be it legislation, technology, standards and practices, plus a look into the future.
This session will be interesting and intriguing, a trip down memory lane for our long term members and a reminder to our newer members to what exciting challenges are in store for them in the future.
When asked what do you want to do when you grow up? How many of us have responded “When I grow up I want to file all day!” This is a fascinating industry we work in.
