Presenting Implementation of an Information management strategy within an industrial environment
Joanne has been working in the information management arena for around 18 years. Firstly within the library environment and the past 8 years in Records. I have mainly been working in a commonwealth government background - but moved to the energy industry (a sea change if you like) just over two years ago. I have a BA in Library and Information Studies, University of Canberra and recently completed (to Graduate this year) my Masters in Knowledge Management.
