Matthew has extensive experience in implementing EDRMS from procurement through to sign-off for many organisations in both the public and private sectors. This experience includes organisational strategy, business case development, project management of large multi-disciplinary teams, technical and business process design and transition, data migration, governance and review. Matthew holds bachelor degrees in Engineering and Science, and a Masters degree in Business Administration, and has worked in a variety of telecommunication, biomedical and defence product and project management roles. Matthew is also a co-founder of DocBanq and the DocBanq Product Specialist at Salmat BusinessForce.
